BOOKING PROCEDURE
I encounter difficulties during the reservation stages. What to do ?

What is the payment procedure?

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the file is required to block your accommodation. The balance is then expected one month before your stay. In case of reservation less than one month from the date of stay, the total amount of the file is requested.

How to pay for my stay?

Several choices are available to you: Payment by credit card, directly online during your reservation or by contacting us later. We will then send you a link allowing you to pay on our secure platform online without having to recreate your file on our site. Payment by check. Payment by transfer - Payment by check. We accept holiday vouchers up to 50% of the total amount of your file. We strongly recommend paying by credit card because it is an instant payment method that allows you to book your accommodation as quickly as possible. In any case, your reservation will be validated only from the moment we received your payment, subject to availability of the chosen accommodation.

Is my payment secure?

Of course, we use the Paybox system which is certified to the Payment Card Industry Standard (PCI / DSS) by VISA and MasterCard. This certification specifies the application of the most rigorous security rules in order to protect cardholders' card data transmitted during payment transactions. We do not keep your bank details in any case.

I can not validate my payment How to do ?

Most banks require a confirmation code by phone or email to validate your payment online. If you are unable to take this step, consult your bank. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us (04 67 58 36 36), we will find a solution together.

I wish to settle in several times. Is it possible ?

Of course ! At VTR Voyages, we are well aware that it can be difficult to settle a stay in 1 or 2 times. We agree to spread your payment in 3 times free of charge (or other payment facility), to the extent that the balance is paid one month before your stay. How do I know if my reservation is validated?

Any reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the e-mail including your invoice. The registration form received automatically after the creation of your file on our site is not a booking confirmation.

Will the balance of my stay be taken automatically?

Yes, it will be at D-30 before your departure in case you have paid directly online during your booking. If you have paid the deposit in another way, an e-mail will be sent to invite you to send us the balance of your stay.

What is pre-booking?

A pre-booking is a simple information gathering. We are committed to contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions and advise you.

How to validate or cancel my pre-booking?

If you want to validate your pre-booking, just tell us by phone (04 67 58 36 36) or by e-mail. We will then send you a payment link to pay online, or tell you what to do if you want to pay by other means. No news from you, the pre-booking will cancel automatically.

Is it possible to put an option?

Yes, on most stays. The option is valid for 2 or 3 days. However, some hosts do not allow us to do this. Do not hesitate to call us (04 67 58 36 36) to make us the request.

Do you accept the good CAF / VACAF?

No, we are not licensed. However, some organizations may simply ask you for a stamp or document to sign from the travel agency. In this case, do not hesitate to ask us.

Can I change my reservation once the stay has been validated?

Yes, changes are possible (change of dates, participants, benefits etc). If the change results in a change of accommodation, we must first ensure availability from the host. If the modification is possible, a fee of 10 € will be applied. If one of the participants can not come, you can either replace it with another person or cancel it completely: 20 € fee will be retained and the amount of your bill will be recalculated.

How to cancel my stay?

All you have to do is send us a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: VTR Voyages - Millénaire Park, building 25 - 1025 rue Henri Becquerel - 34000 MONTPELLIER. To guarantee the successful completion of our travels, we ourselves incur costs that require us to apply penalties for cancellations, depending on the date of cancellation. The deductions are calculated as follows (percentage of the total amount of the file excluding insurance per person): - More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the price of the trip (except special case: 25% for stays on Les Arcs en residence 2 *). -Between 60 and 30 days before departure: 50%; -Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 75%. -Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100%. However, we are well aware that most cancellations are motivated by valid reasons. VTR Travel strives to reduce these costs as much as possible. We also advise you to take out a cancellation insurance when booking your stay to avoid these inconveniences (see our insurance contract).

Are availabilities displayed in real time?

Most of the availabilities are displayed in real time. However, the displayed available accommodation may not be available if several people reserve it at the same time. In order to prevent your card from being debited while your booking can not be satisfied, payments will only be made in the bank after confirmation of availability from the reservations department.

When will I receive my travel documents?

The vouchers are sent no later than 72 hours before your departure by e-mail. All you have to do is print them out and present them on site to collect the keys to your accommodation and the various services booked. If you wish to receive them by mail, thank you to let us know at least 2 weeks before your departure.

Why do some holidays show a "N.C" or "Contact Us" rate?

99% of our offers include prices. However, if you happen to find a stay with this mention, do not hesitate to call us (04 67 58 36 36) or click on the button "Contact us" to be reminded in the best deadlines. This means that we have not yet received the rates from our service providers, but we will do what is necessary to send you a quote as soon as possible.

ACCOMODATION
Do I have to settle something on the spot?

A tourist tax will be required. This is a mandatory tax for holiday accommodation. It is about 1 € / day / person. A deposit will also have to be deposited. It will be returned at the end of your stay - provided that the apartment is clean and without damage - or returned by post.

I have a specific request on my apartment: exhibition view tracks, floor, etc ... How to do?

You can indicate your wish in the "Comments" field during step 3 of the quote. We will forward this request to the host but can not guarantee 100% since the assignments in the apartments are made by the staff on site about a week before your arrival. In order to put a maximum of chances on your side, we advise you to call the residence before your arrival (the phone number is on your voucher).

Is bed linen provided ?

Most residences do not include bed linen. Check the accommodation details for more details. In this case, you can either bring your own bed linen, or rent it on site.

Are animals accepted?

Each residence has its own regulations regarding animals. The information is indicated on the "Hosting" tab in the services. Some residences accept pets subject to a surcharge.

I will arrive late the day of my arrival. How to do ?

For most accommodations, arrivals are between 16h and 19h. If you arrive later, you must first contact your accommodation (the phone number is on your voucher). They will then indicate the procedure to follow to recover your keys.

Should we clean before leaving?

Yes, the apartment must be left clean. If this is not the case, the host will then retain a cleaning fee on your deposit.

The accommodation I want to book is an "owner's apartment" or "furnished apartment". I do not have the name of the residence. How to know him?

Some offers offered by VTR Voyages mention an apartment accommodation without specifying a name of residence. This is actually a private apartment located in the resort. On some resorts, we can make a specific request to the host following your request and then send you a quote on a specified apartment. On other resorts this is not possible, the allocations are then made a week before your arrival. In this case, it will not be possible to send you a photo or precise location.

OTHER SERVICES
How to recover my lift pass?

If you have booked your package through VTR Voyages, your package has been previously ordered. All you have to do is go to the place indicated on your voucher to pick up your ski passes (lift ticket office or reception of your accommodation).

What is a foodpack?

A foodpack is a basket-deli delivered at the beginning of your stay. You will find quality products allowing you to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The dishes are designed to be quick to cook and adapted to the kitchenettes present in the apartments for rent. You avoid the chore of shopping and benefit from cheaper rates than supermarkets in the station! Different ranges of foodpacks exist (eco, classic, gourmet, gourmet, vegetarian, without pork, halal ...).

What is the difference between ski equipment ranges?''

VTR Voyages offers several ski and snowboard ranges: bronze, silver, and gold. The bronze range is suitable for beginners (green / blue runs), silver for intermediate skiers (blue / red runs), and gold for advanced skiers (red / black runs). It is possible to change the range on site, the store will ask you for a supplement.

Can I choose the schedule for my ski lesson?''
